Staying at this hotel was like being in a normal 5-star hotel with beautiful, crisp, and clean rooms. The accessible balcony was a nice touch, but the lack of detailed room descriptions was a downside.

The service was extremely welcoming, friendly, and put a personal touch to every interaction. It was incredibly accommodating at every turn.
Location
9.0
The location was conveniently close to major roads and highways, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like Antelope Island and Park City. It was also only a 5-minute walk to the tram station. Being close to downtown SLC, the Sheraton Family, and David Humphries added to the convenience.

The dining experience was a highlight, especially the delicious free offerings for members and the fresh fruit. Having a Starbucks in the lobby was a great perk.

The staff here was one of the main reasons I would consider returning. They left a personalized note and a thoughtful gift, although some cleaning had to be done in the room.

The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to the train system in Utah. However, being in the busy downtown area had its pros and cons.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and convenient. The rooms, though not overly spacious, provided a cozy atmosphere for my family group in 3 rooms, each equipped with a small balcony. While there wasn't a huge selection, the rooms were nice and satisfactory.
Rooms

The rooms were comfortable for our family group and had a small balcony.
Service
9.0
The service was fantastic. The staff, led by a lovely Croatian lady TC, were courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate us, despite our rowdy group taking over the hotel. They were always friendly and provided excellent room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and even pet amenities.
Location
8.0
The location was excellent, making it easy to walk to downtown and access the slopes. While it didn't offer a superior standard overall, the hotel's presentation during Christmas with floor-to-ceiling windows and a fireplace created a magical ambiance, especially with the snow outside. The in-house Starbucks and proximity to restaurants were convenient perks; however, the overwhelming feeling was a bit bothersome at times.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was a nice touch to our stay. The lounge on the floor was cozy and provided everything needed for a great morning start. The grilled meat I tried was delicious, and being a member, we enjoyed complimentary meals that were delightful.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities at the hotel were satisfactory and well-maintained, offering a range of amenities such as tours/ticket assistance, a liquor store, and a concierge level.
